Non-Returnable Item
- Because our flowers are perishable, we can’t accept returns on floral arrangements or bouquets. However, if you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please let us know within 3 days of receiving your order. We’re committed to making it right for you.
Damaged Products
- If your flowers arrive damaged and you contact us according to our guidelines, we’ll be happy to replace your arrangement or bouquet at no extra cost. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
Refunds and Credits
- Depending on the specific circumstances and with manager approval, we may provide a full or partial refund or offer store credit for the amount paid. This credit can be used towards any
