At Towers Flowers, we take great pride in ensuring your flowers are delivered fresh, on time, and with the utmost care. Below are the details of our delivery policy to help make your experience smooth and worry-free:

Delivery Areas

We deliver to locations within a 20-mile radius of Nesconset, Long Island. If you’re unsure whether your location is within our radius, please call us at 631-979-8848, and our team will be happy to assist.

Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery is available for orders placed by 1 PM Monday through Saturday and 12 PM on Sundays. For same-day funeral arrangements, while we cannot guarantee they will arrive before the service starts, we will prioritize delivering them as quickly as possible.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are based on distance and will be calculated at checkout. These fees cover the careful handling and logistics required to ensure your flowers arrive safely and in perfect condition.

Special Instructions

If you have specific delivery requests—such as leaving flowers in a designated spot or delivering at a particular time—please include these details when placing your order. While we’ll do our best to accommodate, specific timing requests cannot always be guaranteed.

Undeliverable Orders

In the event that the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we will leave the flowers in a secure and safe location, weather permitting. If this isn’t possible, we may contact you for further instructions or attempt a second delivery. Additional charges may apply for further delivery attempts beyond the second.
